Pernille plays a central role in CLEMENS' HR team, where she works with personnel administration and well-being. This includes tasks related to the recruitment of new employees, where she contributes to the entire recruitment process, as well as on- and offboarding and other HR and well-being-related tasks. Pernille also develops, implements and integrates HR initiatives and policies in CLEMENS.

In addition, Pernille is part of our ESG team, where she contributes to our strategic ESG work and implementation of ESG initiatives.
