Attorney and partner Lene Lausen takes over the role as CEO of CLEMENS as part of a long-planned generational change.
The move follows the retirement of Attorney and partner Erik Hollensen from CLEMENS at the end of 2023. Erik Hollensen has been part of the partner circle at CLEMENS since 2008 and became a director in 2018.
The appointment of Lene is part of CLEMENS' strategy to ensure continued growth and development at CLEMENS - Aarhus' strongest law firm with more than 75 employees advising both corporate clients and public companies in a wide range of specialties.

As CEO, I will assume responsibility for leading and managing the day-to-day internal affairs and tasks of the company, as well as representing CLEMENS externally as part of the CLEMENS management team. This will of course be done in close cooperation with our Board of Directors.
Together with the board, I will focus on maintaining the culture and team spirit within CLEMENS, so that we continue to be a strong team that knows how to play together and play each other well. We must continue to have fun together, we must enjoy the colleagues we interact with and take pride in the high professional level of our work. For me, it is crucial that we succeed as a team in creating a good workplace and that we can realize CLEMENS' ambitious strategy at the same time," says Lene Lausen.
